Formal offices, regulated functions, signing powers and banking access require eligibility checks, proper appointment or authorization, and any relevant third-party approval. A human representative does not replace disclosure of the real entity, controllers or beneficial owners.

Human Connector FAQ
Can an AI agent appoint a human signatory?
An agent instruction alone does not create signing authority. A legally competent person or entity must grant the mandate, and Marc must accept its scope. The human signatory retains independent judgment over each action.
Can Marc open a bank account for an agent-led business?
He can discuss acting for an eligible legal entity with appropriate authorization. The bank decides whether to onboard the entity and applies its own identity, control and beneficial-ownership checks. No account opening is guaranteed.
Is a board or director mandate available?
Potentially, after review of the entity, jurisdiction, duties, conflicts and formal appointment requirements. An advisory role is distinct from a statutory board position.
Does Scintil take responsibility for every agent action?
Responsibility follows the agreed mandate, actual authority and applicable law. An engagement identifies which decisions need human approval and which remain with the client.
Can Marc act as an MLRO or AML officer?
Marc can assess a formal MLRO, AML officer or deputy AML officer mandate. The role depends on the entity, applicable rules, independence, conflicts, required qualifications and a documented appointment. An SRO connection alone does not grant authority for every regulated function.
Which countries and regulated roles are covered?
Availability is assessed case by case. Local office-holding, licensing, residency and regulatory requirements must be checked before a role is offered or accepted.
